Product Information
Saypha Volume with Lidocaine is a safe, nontoxic injectable gel. This product can help fill deep wrinkles and folds, which can become pronounced with age. In addition, stress, sun exposure, smoking, and diet all play a role in wrinkle formation. Ultimately, all these factors cause the formation of wrinkles and lines because they cause the depletion of hyaluronic acid within the body. Saypha Volume with Lidocaine restores the body’s concentration of hyaluronic acid, which results in increased dermal volume and the subsequent improvement in the appearance of wrinkles and folds. Plus, this filler is integrated with lidocaine, which allows for minimal pain and increased comfort for patients during treatment time.
Saypha Volume with Lidocaine is formulated with 0.3% lidocaine and 23mg/ml of hyaluronic acid.
This filler must be injected in an aseptic manner. A patient’s suitability to receive the injection of Saypha Volume with Lidocaine should be assessed prior to the injection by reviewing their medical records and evaluating their skin. Upon discussing the precautions, warnings, and side effects of this filler with the patient, treatment may start. Administer Saypha Volume with Lidocaine into your patient’s deep dermis or subcutis. The gel’s moldable state allows you to shape it according to the surrounding tissue’s contours. Injection discomfort is reduced with the help of the integrated lidocaine content, which numbs the area.
This cosmetic filler is a biocompatible product that endures enzymatic degradation for as long as 8 to 12 months post-injection. It will be safely resorbed into the body afterwards. Repeat injections can be considered to help maintain results.
This dermal filler may cause side effects similar to other hyaluronic acid based-fillers. Common side effects include inflammatory reactions such as swelling, rash, itchiness, redness, and mild pain. Typically, these reactions last from 48 hours up to 7 days. Rare but possible adverse reactions could include induration, granulations, discoloration at the injection site, necrosis in the glabella area, and small blood clots.
To soothe side effects like swelling, your patients can apply an ice pack to their injection site. Additionally, to reduce the risk of bleeding and bruising, your patients should avoid medications that can prolong bleeding, such as anti-coagulants and anti-inflammatories, for a week before the treatment. For a week after, they should avoid sunbathing and high temperatures and should not apply make-up to their treatment area for twelve hours after their Saypha Volume with Lidocaine injection. There is no downtime from treatment, so your patients can return to their normal daily activities immediately after they receive their injection.
