Product Information
Saypha Filler uses hyaluronic acid to correct creases and wrinkles or to augment and contour the lips. Wrinkles form and creases can become enhanced with aging, especially with the addition of sun and ultraviolet radiation exposure, smoking, stress, diet, and facial expressions. These cause hyaluronic acid to deplete within the body, causing the skin to become drier, thinner, less supple, and less elastic, forming wrinkles. Saypha Filler works by replenishing hyaluronic acid within the skin.
This product contains purified, sterilized, cross-linked hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate 23mg/ml) that is from non-animal sources. It also contains sodium chloride and phosphate buffer pH 6.8-7.6 q.s.
Saypha Filler works by replenishing hyaluronic acid within the skin. Inject Saypha Filler into the mid to deep skin layer to correct a variety of wrinkles and facial creases, including glabellar lines on the forehead, marionette lines between the mouth and chin, nasolabial folds between the nose and mouth, and perioral wrinkles around the mouth. You can also inject Saypha Filler into the lips to increase lip volume or to give the lips definition.
This gives your patients immediate results that can last for about six months to a year before the hyaluronic acid in Saypha Filler breaks down and dissipates within the skin. After that, your patients can choose whether to repeat the Saypha Filler injections to help their results last even longer.
The hyaluronic acid in Saypha Filler does not come from animals, so an allergy test is not needed before treatment. Because the hyaluronic acid is also purified and sterilized, this filler is less likely to cause granulomas, and side effects like inflammation after a Saypha Filler treatment should be limited. Although the hyaluronic acid in Saypha Filler is purified and sterilized to minimize side effects, the injections could still cause mild bleeding, temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising. These Saypha Filler side effects are usually mild to moderate and last less than seven days. It happens rarely, but Saypha Filler injections could cause small hematomas, indurations, or lumps to form at the injection site.
To soothe side effects like swelling, your patients can apply an ice pack to the injection site. As well, to reduce the risk of bleeding and bruising, your patients should avoid medications that can prolong bleeding, such as anti-coagulants and anti-inflammatories, for a week before the treatment. For a week after, they should avoid sunbathing or high temperatures and not apply make-up to the area for twelve hours. There is no down-time from a Saypha Filler treatment and your patients can return to their normal daily activities immediately following the treatment.
