Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415

Platelet- rich plasma (PRP) is a type of natural autologous derivative that has mucous/ cutaneous regenerating properties. It has a wide application in the fields of ophthalmology, orthopedics, and traumatology. At the same time, it is commonly used in surgeries such as reconstructive surgery, plastic surgery, maxillofacial and oral surgery and dental implant surgery. In aesthetic medicine, PRP is able to enhance the results of treatments while extending their duration of action. PRP is also used in regenerative medicine to stimulate tissue bio-regeneration. As a result, burns and ulcers take much less time to heal. When used on mature skin, PRP slows to process of physiological aging. It visibly corrects signs of aging on the face, décolleté and neck. PRP can be prepared using a centrifuge such as the Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415. Buy the Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 from Medical Device Source to obtain PRP.

Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 works on the principle of centrifugal force whereby it balances out the weight of the specimen tubes by rotating at a constant speed of 4000 rotations per minute. For optimal outcomes, it is recommended to run the device for five minutes. The plasma will be separated into five layers under centrifugal force, which are PRP, PPP (platelet-poor plasma), leuco-platelet layer, red fraction and separating gel. PPP is a clear fluid layer while leuco-platelet layer is a thin buffy coat comprised of white blood cells and platelets. The red fraction is made of red blood cells. PRP should be extracted with a syringe. Ideally, a centrifuge with a fixed-angle rotor (e.g. Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415) should be used for PRP preparation. When using other types of centrifuge (e.g. basculating centrifuge), the RCF should be calculated using the formula provided in the user’s manual. Similar to other centrifuges from the same range, Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 needs a voltage of 220v or 50hz to function. This model is a silent device.

To use Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415, open the lid and insert the tube holder (designed to fit twelve 15ml tubes). To prevent the machine from shaking (and to ensure a smooth spinning motion), insert the same number of tubes on both sides of Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415. Make such that the tubes contain roughly the same amount of fluid. Seal the tubes properly, and ensure that they fit snugly in the holder. Using the one-touch switch panel, adjust the time and speed settings. To begin the centrifuging process, press the start button. You may also use the memory setting to run the previous program. Wait until the machine fully stops before removing the specimens. Avoid moving the machine while it is still running. Do not use Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 outdoors, or on an irregular surface. Make sure that the inside (and outside) of the machine are clean. Before cleaning, disconnect Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 from the power source. Protect it with a dust cover when not in use. If you encounter any technical issues, call the dealer (or an authorized service provider). Do not fix Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 yourself.

When used correctly, Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 is safe and unlikely to cause major complications. Carefully read the user’s guide before use. It is important to observe all warnings and precautions in the manual.  While the machine itself does not cause significant side effects, PRP can lead to pain and swelling of the injection area. As with other cutaneous-regenerating treatments that involve infiltration/ injection, PRP is associated with a risk of inflammation and infection. Some patients may also experience allergy reactions after using PRP. Additionally, itching or tenderness may occur due to the plasmatic components. These reactions tend to be self-limiting and mild in nature. In rare cases, pustules may develop. As a precaution, use PRP cautiously in patients who are currently receiving anticoagulant therapy, long-term cortisone therapy or radiotherapy (and those who suffer from degenerative, neoplastic and autoimmune diseases). Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 should be used in a system free from chemical/ biological contaminants by a trained person. If you are looking for a highly effective centrifuge, order Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 from Medical Device Source.
